At first I thought, well, biking every day would help, I guess? Yeah. But only at first, though. I ate less, mainly because I am so lazy to cook. Well, lazy is such a negative word, I prefer the newly termed "selective participation." So I selected to eat and cook less. At first I cooked a lot but then I only have like a small 19m2 room and I don't like the smell I get after I cook, every fabric in the house stinks. So nope, not gonna cook fancy meals.
I started feeding on sandwich. Lol, feeding. But yeah, sandwich is great. Only when you know what's good for your sandwich. I always have the lamest sandwich -- cheese and tuna, cheese and surimi salad, cheese and egg spread. Oh well, I bought everything ready and the only thing I have to do is to put them together. I survive, and I still like it.
So then I started to be close with M, and he taught me a lot about eating healthy. Well, mainly because he has Celiac disease so he cannot eat gluten, or anything gluten at all! Also, he's a vegetarian. That's very nice, since I like to learn about what I eat and what's good for the body as well. I drink more tea and I haven't had coffee for very long time now. I also stopped taking ice cream casually. By casually I mean I could finish half a pint of Ben&Jerry's in one sitting lol seriously true story. I avoid sugar in cooking as much as I could. I reduce bottled juice intake too! And that really helped a lot! Sugar is bad for you, well, excessive sugar that is! Your body still needs sugar~!
Then, at the same time I started gym subscription. And now I have Sports Right for international student yay! For 84e, I pay for everything. I can even book squash court for free every week. So basically in a week I would spend like..let say:
Monday is free day so I just work a bit more at the office and go home and relax.
Tuesday is squash day with favorite persons. We usually play for 1.5 hrs.
Wednesday is step aerobics with the girls! One hour of intense step dancing. Soaking wet!
Thursday is free day also for me.
Friday afternoon after 5pm I will play badminton with M and sometimes the others as well.
Saturday is outing day so full-malay speaking day officially yay!
Sunday afternoon around 3-5pm is badminton again.
Oh wow. I move a lot! HAHA Also, from my house to the office is like 4 km or so. SOOOOO, I get plenty of exercise! Yas baby Yas.
My jeans couldn't fit me nicely anymore. My shirts are already a bit loose. And I've changed by bra size! But cups are still the same tho hahahaha so that's good!
