treat someone as you want to be treated

when someone doesn't treat you right, ask for a time out.
tell them it's not the way of talking to people, especially to good ones like you.
you deserve respect, and what they did was totally a disrespect to you.

that was what my boss told me this afternoon. i was rudely scolded by one of the workers we hired to clean the kitchens on campus. and i was teary-eyed when i reported back to him. my body was trembling from holding back the tears. and i managed not to cry in front of him. it was good to hear that it was totally not my fault, at all. that creepy tattooed-body creature (i'm referring to the worker by the way) talked to me using bad words and inappropriate hand gestures. at first i thought it was my fault not to get everything prepared. but then i realized i knew nothing about what just happened. and it was entirely not my fault. it was his! he's mean to me. and i hate a meanie like him.

you'll deal with many kinds of people out there when you're doing your job. they could be pretty nasty you won't even have guts to fight back (coz you're too scared). yes, it's me i'm talking about. my job requires me to deal with contractors, you know, big guys with big muscled body. a gangster look on their faces. i probably just a bug they can crush anytime i buzz. and they are hot-tempered, i tell you. i'm sick of having to be careful of what i'm about to say. coz it might 'hurt' their sensitive feelings yeah bullshits! big guys should have big hard heart. i don't care if you don't. i need to deal professionally.

all in all, harry potter movie wasn't that good as always, compared to the books. no spoilers coz oh c'mon! everyone did read the book and know what happened. lower down your expectation. ;) but i pretty much enjoyed the movie and slept for about a minute or so. hah!!
